Dr. Debbie Rich is known internationally as a fiery evangelist who blazes revival trails. God has Debbie in many churches that have become traditional and very "set in their ways". God has given her the ability and determination to break people out of bondage and religious tradition into Holy Ghost revival. She is a true revivalist who ministers out of the touch of God upon her own life.

Tampa Bay Dream Center - Since its establishment in September of 2000, the Tampa Bay Dream Center’s commitment has been to meeting the needs of poor neighborhoods in Tampa. Its focus on meeting the personal needs of each individual and family in impoverished communities is one of the features that have made The Dream Center unique.
RMI conducts revivals and crusades both in the USA and abroad. The vision God gave Dr Howard-Browne was to take revival to the churches. For many years the focus was on the travelling ministry. But in 1996, the ministry gave birth to "The River at Tampa Bay", a church in the sprawling city of Tampa, Florida.
Expanding The Kingdom - The ministry's vision is to see the expanding of the Kingdom of God in Peru, where there are millions of souls who need Jesus and many more who need to be consumed with the baptism of the Holy Spirit and with fire.
